This is some of our own undersown maize doing superbly! Maize came off really well, grass is booming along. This reduces water run off/soil erosion, nutrient losses, and reduces the amount of mud brought onto the road. It also allows for winter grazing and/or a fibre to be ploughed back in the following year. Win win all round!

This is drilled with out pottinger drill which drills the maize and grass mix in a single pass. Having the ability to shut each individual counter allows the the grass not to be placed directly next to the maize meaning theres no direct competition.
