Do we use generative AI (ChatGPT, etc.) for our marketing? Nope!
We know AI is everywhere right now, but we have chosen to keep our marketing personal and authentic. We believe that if a business is happy to take shortcuts in its marketing, it may raise concerns about where else it might be cutting corners 😳
Ethics wise, the environment & small business' also suffer as a result of generative ai use, which is another reason we choose not to use it.
I, Mary Faux - Business Manager here at Norton Faux Plumbing & Heating, create and manage all of our marketing and graphic design myself. Whilst Regan, handles the plumbing side of things💪. Canva definitely helps with templates and design elements, but every idea, caption, campaign, and creative direction comes from me!
It takes a huge amount of work behind the scenes, but it's important to us that our marketing reflects who we really are & our dedication to the work we carry out👍
