A customer called regarding a lock in their house that was 100 years old and needing a key. We hand cut a key for them and got their lock working.

After a horrendous act of vandalism we were called to take down two signs that were the previous owners and who was the target of the attack. Board up thirteen windows and clean up the mess. We worked through the night to get this done for the customer.

Four night latch locks we installed for this customer today after moving into their new build. All locks also had an extra key cut on site.

Another set of window hinges we changed for a customer as even when they (struggled to) shut the window their was a massive gap up the top letting all the wind and rain in. We replaced them the same day as quoting from stock in the van.

This customers door wouldn’t lock even when the key key was turned. We replaced the broken part and got the door locking once again.

When windows dont shut correctly at the corners when its closed over this is a sign of broken hinges. This can cause drafts or windows to fall off when not corrected! We done five for a customer today who is in the middle of a renovation. This means new windows isn’t on the cards saving money for other things to be in the budget even though the windows were fitted in 1991!

After a full summer of sweating this customer go us out to fix their bedroom windows! Neither would open or close as the handles we’re doing nothing! We got the windows open and two new handles fitted to allow the to sleep without a fan on during the night and save on their electric bill!

A broken obsolete mechanism had failed in this door. We replaced, adjusted the door and serviced it meaning the door works as good as new and had many more years left before needing replaced!
