Daikin Chiller out on HP/Fan Fail. Checked and found FAN1 blowing fuse for Vari-Speed controller. Replacement fan motor required.

Pump swap over on an UFH manifold this morning. No flow on any of the heating loops.
Pump swapped and blender valve stripped and internals cleaned.

Toshiba Cassette Twin Split installed in this office space. Bit of a pain getting the outdoor unit up there 😅🙄💪🏻

Sauerman Si-10 pump failed. Can only assume it was overflowing as the high level switch was not incorporated. This in turn caused water entry on the plug and blew a glass fuse on outdoor PCB. 🤦‍♂️
New pump, replacement fuse and comms line now wired through high level switch.

Continuing to patch these up until replacement next year.

Another day Another Leak found - Discharge Refnet burst. Looks like it has had a repair before.. we have recommended to replace if possible.
