Full 4-Bed Rental Refresh – Ready for Tenants

This project was all about speed, durability, and presentation — getting a full 4-bed property refreshed and fully prepared for the rental market.

Full Internal Repaint
We repainted the entire house in clean, neutral tones to create a bright, modern finish that appeals to a wide range of tenants and photographs well for listings.

New Carpet Installation Throughout
Fresh, hard-wearing carpets were installed across all bedrooms, and living areas — improving comfort, reducing wear issues, and giving the home a true “move-in ready” feel.

Custom Staircase Balustrade System
A bespoke balustrade system was designed and installed to modernise the staircase, improve safety, and add a clean architectural feature to a key visual area of the home.

Built for the Rental Market
All finishes were chosen with longevity, ease of maintenance, and tenant appeal in mind — helping the landlord minimise void periods and attract quality tenants quickly.

𝗙𝘂𝗹𝗹 𝗞𝗶𝘁𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗽-𝗢𝘂𝘁 & 𝗕𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗸𝗲 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 🍽️

This project was all about 𝗺𝗮𝘅𝗶𝗺𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗳𝘂𝗻𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 — and using 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗹𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗵 of the room to its full potential.

𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗲 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗽-𝗢𝘂𝘁 & 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁
We fully stripped out the existing kitchen and removed sections of redundant box framing to 𝗿𝗮𝗶𝘀𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗲𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁, instantly creating a more open, premium feel and maximising vertical space.

𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵-𝗘𝗻𝗱 𝗞𝗶𝘁𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗹𝘆 & 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗹
The new kitchen features a 𝗟𝘂𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲 𝗴𝗹𝗼𝘀𝘀 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝗵 𝗶𝗻 𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗴𝗿𝗲𝘆, paired with sleek 𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘇 𝘀𝘁𝘆𝗹𝗲 𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘆 𝘀𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘀𝗵𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸𝘀 and a 𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘇 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘁𝗼𝗽 for a clean, modern aesthetic that feels both luxurious and practical.

𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗦𝘆𝗺𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗿𝘆 & 𝗔𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁
To achieve a truly balanced, high-end finish, We built out the upper wall units so they lined up precisely with the base units below. This ensured the entire kitchen runs perfectly straight and symmetrical, giving it a strong architectural flow and a far more refined, designer look.

𝗦𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗟𝗮𝘆𝗼𝘂𝘁
All appliances were fully integrated for a seamless look, including:
• Fridge
• Freezer
• Dishwasher
• Oven
• Microwave
• Bin system
• Pull out shelving
• Pull out corner unit storage

𝗛𝗶𝗱𝗱𝗲𝗻 𝗦𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗲 – 𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗜𝗻𝗰𝗵 𝗨𝘀𝗲𝗱
We designed and installed 𝗰𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺 𝗱𝗿𝗮𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀 𝗯𝗲𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗵𝘀, unlocking valuable hidden storage space that’s often wasted — practical, clever, and completely invisible.

𝗕𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗸𝗲 𝗟𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗪𝗮𝗹𝗹
On the opposite side of the room, we built a 𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗹 𝗰𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺 𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝘀𝗲𝘁𝘂𝗽, including:
• Standard larder
• Chef’s larder
• Bridging units
• Floor-to-ceiling cabinetry
• Matching plinth-drawer storage

Both sides of the kitchen now run 𝗳𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗼 𝗰𝗲𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴, ensuring maximum storage, symmetry, and a high-end fitted finish.

⚒️ A full garden transformation completed by ProfitPlan Property Solutions! 🌿 What was once a curved, multi-level garden — unusable for the kids to play football ⚽ — is now a flat, functional, and family-friendly space!

✂️ We started by trimming back hedges and cutting back borders to clearly redefine the garden’s shape.

🧱 A new retaining border was installed to hold the higher ground, creating a clean, structured edge.

🪜 Two manholes were built up to meet the new level for a neat, flush finish.

We were called to help a new homeowner whose property had been 𝗹𝗲𝗳𝘁 𝗶𝗻 𝗿𝘂𝗶𝗻 𝗯𝘆 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗮𝗻𝘁𝘀. The garden and exterior needed a serious reset before they could make it their own ✅

Here’s what we tackled:
🌲 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗳𝗲𝗿 𝗖𝘂𝘁𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸 – The neighbour’s hedge had crept more than 2m over the boundary! We cut it back to restore space and light.

🪣 𝗚𝘂𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗖𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 – Cleared out gutters full of leaves and debris, preventing future blockages and water damage.
