🔎 We found one tile directly below the ridge tile hanging on for deer life along with a neighbours tile somehow just about caught by an out of service aerial cable!

This also combined with the old out of service T.V aerial completely detached and balancing above the chimney breast! 😳

❗️ Customer has also had a leak in the roof since sun tunnels have been installed. After a visit in the loft to check where the leak is coming from, we very quickly identified a destroyed roof tile and some damaged felt!
