A full re-roof completed on this bungalow 👌

We stripped off all the old tiles, felt and battens before installing a high-quality breathable membrane, treated battens and Sandtoft Concrete Shire Pantiles in Smooth Brown, finished with a dry verge and ridge system.

We also replaced the garage roof with a new felt system from and fitted a single-ply membrane to the front porch.

Completed project.
This care home roof had multiple leaks. We stripped off the old tiles, replaced the old felt and batten. With new high quality breathable membrane and 50mm treated batten.
