**Transformation complete**

James & Chelsea got in touch , needing a new and bigger patio for those summer nights , entertaining friends or just chilling with there dog “Boycie”

So out came the mix & match old patio , some
of the lawn and In went our MOT sub base , 3 recessed man hole covers and these beautiful porcelain tiles.

Ready for James to put some sleepers in for edging and get the parasol up !

Our customers kept us fueled on ice cold cherry coke and bacon rolls , an absolute treat !

I study the forecast from several reports and try to plan accordingly.

The recent rain has put us behind schedule and making it impossible to make good progress on any patio jobs.

But we’ve managed to get a couple of small projects over the line recently.

Two artificial grass jobs completed earlier in the week despite the rain and finished the week off with “fresh fence Friday”

Fingers crossed for some sunshine to get cracking on some patio work next week.

**TRANSFORMATION COMPLETE**

Steve & Claire got in touch. After moving into there forever home they really wanted the front and back garden doing.

They have two larger than life boys in Tommy & Zach , who due to there additional needs it was urgent to get a safe , practical and enjoyable space for them to play in.

At the front , after removal of bushes and weeds we membraned and shingled the beds and added two big planters.

Out went the uneven patio , broken edgers , awkward step and wobbly path.

In went a huge kandla grey sandstone patio encased by new edging kerbs. A much needed wider sloped path for those days when the boys may need to go out in chairs.

Making the front not only more aestetically pleasing but more importantly safe and practical.

We then added paving through the alleyway leading to the back.

Out the back out went weeds , mud mounds and concrete. In went more kandla grey sandstone courtesy of Southmill Fencingbs , we had our friend Sean from “my flat pack hero” in to build the summer playhouse and then laid the lush “vegas” lawn courtesy of Forever Green Lawns.

As much as Claire likes planting and character in the rest of the garden, this area was more about making a safe , practical space for her boys to play.

After the boys let us into there space making noise and mess and hearing our questionable singing , we celebrated the new garden unveil with the best thing imagineable…. BUBBLES !!

This project was hard work , rain, sun , delivery delays, we had it all.

But the outcome and the boys smiles melted our hearts.

An absolute pleasure to bring smiles to another family in our community.

DAD’S BARMY (me Gavin Tyler Peters Chris Joy) are taking on the All peaks challenge!

In just a months time on Sat June 13th, 3 out of shape local dads are going on an epic journey into the Scottish mountains!

Think samwise, Frodo & Gollum.. or more like the three stooges..

Along with over 100 groups of volunteers we aim to take on all of the UK’s 120 peaks simultaneously which will be a world record , and a logistical nightmare!

I’m a complete novice , Gav climbed a mountain once but now rarely climbs stairs.. we are putting our trust in Chris who is one of those who walks and climbs for fun?!?

We are all 40+ now.. thin hair and fat stomachs, but we are trying to raise money for some much deserved charities. Info can be found on the All peaks website.

White porcelain is very much in !

Check out this beauty we finished last week.

Finished off with anthracite porcelain edgers and a lush artificial lawn.

We popped in to see regular customers Paul and Jo this week.

They needed 100m of rabbit proof fencing installed.
A shingle pathway and cobbled edges extended.
A couple of flower beds made and a tidy up of some loose blocks.

Beautiful weather to be working in such a beautiful vast garden.
