The Car park containment installation at Leven Road is well and truly underway.

Our team are on track to complete all areas on schedule, enabling the IDNO to proceed with the installation of supply cables from the substation to each block.

Thanks to the strong performance of our labour on site, we’ve now been awarded the primary containment works across the final two blocks.

We are also currently in discussions to secure the full shell and core package in the coming weeks.

Great progress all round, credit to the team delivering on site.

Massive News for Emit Electrical Ltd

Today we are incredibly proud to announce that Emit Electrical Ltd has officially signed a two and a half year contract to become an Associate Partner of the London Stadium.

For the next two and a half years, our company logo will be showcased on the mid-tier LED advertising boards inside the stadium during games and External Wrap outside of London Stadium (pre-match) — a landmark moment for our business.

For anyone who knows Liam personally, you’ll know he has been a lifelong supporter of West Ham United and a season ticket holder for 25 years. To see the Emit Electrical logo displayed at the home ground where West Ham play is an incredible personal and professional achievement for our family-run company.

This partnership reflects how far we’ve come and the continued growth of Emit Electrical Ltd.

Its International Apprenticeship Week

We would like to officially welcome Teddy, who joined our team in September 2025 as an Electrical Apprentice.

Teddy is currently working towards his Level 2 Electrical Installations qualification and has already demonstrated a strong work ethic, enthusiasm, and commitment to learning the trade.

Apprenticeships are vital to the future of our industry. Investing in young talent not only strengthens our workforce but ensures the continued delivery of high-quality electrical installations across all our projects.

We look forward to supporting Teddy throughout his training and watching him progress toward becoming a fully qualified electrician.

We’ve now submitted pricing to deliver the full electrical package, including:

Fire & Security systems

The project at Nestlé Road is progressing well. We have now completed first fix works in 53 of the 103 apartments and expect to begin second fix installations within the next week or two. More updates to follow.

Kitty Hawk is progressing well. The first fix on the top floor is now complete, with QA checks underway to ensure all cabling is installed correctly before the walls are closed. Works are continuing on the ground floor, where we’re now around 50% complete.

We’re proud to share that our team has officially started our new project in Poplar, East London where we’re completing containment works across 900 apartments.

Our dedicated team has hit the ground running — with containment works completed on 8 floors! The lads have been putting in outstanding effort and truly smashing it on site 👏
