This Patio has been hugely modernised by upgrading the old dangerous decking to some beautiful Porcelain, which has brightened up the area superbly. The porcelain tiles were supplied to us by our friends at The Paving Vault. They are 900x600 Rasa Grey range.

Our latest project handed over last week, a massive upgrade to this property as we transformed both the back & front. First of all we ripped out all the old dangerous decking on the patio, concrete edgings were put in firstly for support, a recess manhole cover was then integrated. To finish we used beautiful 900x600 Porcelain tiles supplied to us by our friends at The Paving Vault. The name of the tile used was Rasa Grey & as you can see it has brightened up the area fantastically. The front had old concrete which was ripped out. Aco channel drains were added to collect the rain water, a recess manhole was also put in. To finish we used Marshalls block paving, the border was in brindle and the main area was charcoal. A new Step was also added, lovely transformation to this property.

This was a nice little project for us to build, it seems every customer these days want the modern sleek finish, but this one was far from that. These customers wanted a tile in keeping with the older edwardian property, and I think they have done this fantastically with the option they have chosen. The old dangerous two tier patio and wall was ripped out and we started from scratch. A new wall was built using old reclaimed bricks to support new patio. Two steps were also built. To finish the new area we used a 400x400 tile, terracotta in colour, they are called Old Provence and we're sourced from Westminster Stone, once down they were hand pointed to get the finish the customers were after, very pleased how this one turned out 👊🏻

A new supporting wall has been built and new concrete subbase put down. 900x600 beautiful Porcelain tiles have been used, these were supplied to us by our friend Dan at The Paving Vault, they are called Rasa Grey. A new pergola has been built to finish of this beautiful new bright area, pleased with this one 👌🏻

This is a project we completed a couple of weeks ago, (other than the new lawn we have to go back to do when weather improves). This was a very big job and one of the best we have ever done in my opinion. Im just going to make it brief in the description of what it entailed. Firstly we have built a composite decking area with lights and mains power, this was just a large flower bed area which had become overgrown and not fit for purpose, now it is a stunning seated area which cathes the sun in the evenings, perfect for entertaining. We created a smaller flower bed on the opposite side of the garden using wood sleepers, we cut these to create a nice flowing effect. New fencing was put in around most of the garden. The main patio area had a nice design change and has been completed in a stunning grey wood plank effect porcelain supplied to us by Dan at The Paving Vault, this works beautifully with the dark grey composite decking, We have leveled all the ground where it was sloped before in preparation for the new lawn, couldn't be more happier with how this one turned out, especially with the terrible weather we had to deal with! 👌🏻
