Tradesmen mental health, loneliness, loss of free time as a self employed worker or business owner. The money and job satisfaction sometimes only carry’s so far the smile of a happy customer doesn’t stay with you all day the pressure of being competitive keeping up with work or chasing it when there’s a lack of. Whatever it may be that’s got you down there is always someone out there in the same boat all you have to do is talk everyone has there down days it’s how you push through and have a good day the next that matters ultimately and thinking of reasons you do it for.

When the cold strikes people panic blame the plaster producers and the manufacturers but it’s just the weather get a heater and wait it out! Full property + coving around every room looking on point so far come back in about a week to see the finished product ✌🏻✅

👀 time to work my magic on this one 🪄✨

We received a email on this regarding that she’s selling a high end property that has a lot of Venetian plaster in it but over time black lines have appeared down her curved wall. She asked the cause and if I could rectify it. I said I can and the reason it has happened is due to it not being prepared properly with the quartz primer whether it was not used and they cheaped out on a primer or they just didn’t put enough on and had ended up with them needing it rectified before sale. Keep an eye in this one it’s going to look stunning can’t wait to get hands on. First step sanding and creating a key for the new Venetian plaster covering!

This really does show the difference in quality and that articulate trades like Venetian plastering are worth going with the mid to higher price ranges as they will 90% of the time be more in touch with the trade be able to showcase there work more having had more hands on experience and knowing how things can very easily go wrong with products like this, cheap and fast results often result longer and higher rectifications!

That being said Venetian has a facade around it of being “too expensive” it is more affordable then you think with some products starting at as little as £140 per square meter going all the way up to £200 per square meter to you can fluctuate it to fit into a budget or go as high end as you’d like with thousands of colours, tinted waxes, textured or smooth shiny designs it’s completely customisable for financial and appearance purposes suiting all ends of property always bringing the wow factor to your home 🏠

Very unusual situation but I’ve been the only honest one in the last 2 years now after being honest and explaining why this issue keeps reoccurring I’ve lost out?! Police deemed it as a civil matter and the customer was asking me to carry on and get paid after all the works are completed in over a months time with today being free 😅🤯 isn’t the best policy apparently
