Upon inspection it was clear the felt had collapsed in many places. So i suggested we strip off the tiles ,felt and batten and then reinstall new felt and batten with felt support trays and over fascia vent strips to help ventilate the loft space. Once this was done we put the old tiles back onto the roof and replaced any broken along the way. Ridgeline was finished off in a dry ridge system.

So... been a little busy these past couple of months with a full renovation of a 2 bedroom flat in london. Not my usual line of work but i removed and installed a new kitchen, bathroom and re decorated the entire property. Once i had bleached the entire property first lol

Something had fallen onto this section of verge, smashing it to pieces!! We sourced the correct tiles and stripped out 7 courses ready to be pugged back in.
