Working for a local residential care home, water leak rotted all the existing boxing, removed all existing.
Client asked for the boxing to be higher this time to hide the sink pipe work too.
Redident with dementia so this was to assist with preventing unplanned fiddling.

Panelled it all in.

Primer coat, and 2x top coats in clients Almond white.

Attend to make safe some DIY electrical bodges.

Under sized cables, over sized cables, incorrect rated terminal block melting, tape joints with no terminals, no glands on metal back boxes and the list goes on..

A day of correcting the above, happy client.

Re-insulating a loft, old insulation piled up by the plumber, relayed the old insulation between joists, installed new 170mm insulation accross the joists to reduce heat loss.
New raised platform also built, see previous post video..

After re-laying existing insulation between joists (plumber piled it up), laid extra 170mm insulation across the joists then built a raised storage platform above for clients boxes.

Sanding and staining the fascias on this beautiful barn house today. Lovely weather for it!
