Out with the old and in with the new 💪🏼♻️

This week we replaced this old non condensing Grant combi 90 with a Vortex pro 26. A much more efficient machine lowering heating oil consumption 🙏

Along with a new thermostat so the property can reach and maintain the homeowners desired heating temperature rather than run continuously when the heating was switched on, Providing even further savings! 🙏

Along with full central heating system flush, new system filter and a 5 year warranty ✅

Two brand new Baxi combi boilers installed this week! ✅♻️

We’ve recently attended training with Baxi and have fully switched over to Baxi as our primary boiler manufacturer!

What sets these boilers from the rest is their versatility and consistency.
Wether you go for an 800, 600 or 400 (10, 7, 5 year warranty) they are all fundamentally the same machine.

Same dimensions, same internal parts, same servicing procedures. And regardless of model or output they can be calibrated to run on Natural Gas or LPG. And easily one of the most competitively priced boilers on the market!

Bringing a boiler back from the dead! 💀

The previous “engineer” had told the customer that they needed a new boiler 🤡

In our experience. If an engineer’s first option at a breakdown is to replace the boiler without actually providing any information as to why, that’s a pretty big red flag 🚩

This complete strip down repair and service has cost about 20% of what we would charge for a budget boiler replacement.
