-Gable ends stripped off and re-bedded with a 50mm overhang to prevent water dripping directly onto the stone wall below which was causing leaks

-chimney grinded out & repointed, New lead work around the stack

- chimney, gable end and stone wall below painted with storm proof weather protection.

-Ridge tiles stripped off, cleaned down and re-bedded and pointed

-Chimeny pot cowling added
