Chiltern Refurb & Project Management Ltd is looking for an ambitious, well-connected Business Development Manager to support our growth and help expand our presence across London and Hertfordshire.

We specialise in residential refurbishments, extensions, property conversions, design & build, and full project management services.

🔹 Your Role

We are looking for someone who can proactively develop and maintain strong business relationships with:

✅ Property investors & developers
✅ Estate agents & property sourcing professionals
✅ Architects & architectural practices
✅ Landlords & property portfolio owners
✅ Private clients looking for refurbishment or construction services
✅ Other industry professionals and potential joint venture partners

🔹 Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Build long-term relationships with investors, developers and industry professionals.
- Generate qualified leads and secure meetings with potential clients.
- Promote our construction and project management services.
- Develop strategic partnerships and referral opportunities.
- Help grow our project pipeline across London and Hertfordshire.

🔹 What We're Looking For

- Previous experience in business development, ideally within construction, property or real estate.
- An existing network of industry contacts would be a significant advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive, commercially minded individual who can work independently.
- Someone motivated by results and long-term business growth.
