Screwed this artex ceiling up to the joists to take the bounce out and to pull up tight. plastered with 2 coats of multi finish, caulked the big gaps on the coving and painted.

Stud wall removed today in birchington de nailed/ the studs so the customer can use the timber for other projects. bagged all the plasterboard and the insulation so the customer can dispose of easily another happy customer that has lead to more work in there 2 bathrooms 🙂

Another job ready for plastering, This is the guest bedroom and the lathe and plaster ceiling was failing above the bed and the insulation as you can see isn’t doing anything. so the customer wanted new insulation fitted to keep the heat out leaving a 50mm air gap for the roof 12.5mm plasterboard fitted ready for mesh and 2 coats of plaster then a good lick of paint 😅

The customer removed the built in cupboard and the plaster was blown behind it. They don’t want the whole wall stripped ...

The customer removed the built in cupboard and the plaster was blown behind it. They don’t want the whole wall stripped because they want minimal damage due to moving in Monday and they want to keep the wall paper so a patch job it was, another happy customer 😀
