Keys back on our Spital project!

Started in March, and four months later this transformation is complete — kicking things off with a look at the new driveway

Over the next few weeks we’ll be revealing the rest of this project, including:
🔨 Complete strip-out and reconfiguration downstairs
🚗 Garage partially converted into usable living space
🛁 New bathroom
🧺 New utility room
☀️ New conservatory with warm roof
🚽 New WC
🍳 New kitchen
🚪 New front door

Plus a full downstairs refurb — electrics, plumbing, plastering, painting, flooring, and joinery throughout.

Scaffolding is now down at our West Kirby double-storey rear extension, and our joinery team is currently installing the flat roof and internal stud work.

Downstairs, we’ve completed the structural alterations, opening up the existing living space into the new extension.

will be installing the windows and doors any day now, making the building watertight.

The main roof on our West Kirby project is now complete, with only the lower levels left to do.

The newly covered roof has beautifully blended both structures into one seamless building.

Tony is back with a brand-new update on our Hoylake renovation project.

The top floor is almost complete, and the extension is really starting to take shape. It won’t be long now before the entire property is watertight and fully plastered.

A big day on our West Kirby rear extension project!

The existing roof has now been fully stripped, with new felt and battens installed across the whole roof.

will be back tomorrow to start the tiling, tying the existing roof into the new extension.

The new roof will give the entire property a fresh, modern look while protecting it for many years to come.

Our Moreton new build project is edging closer and closer to the finish line!

Second fix is well underway, with the majority of the bathrooms, kitchen, and utility room now complete.

Tony walks us through the property and highlights some of the great work done over the past month.

By the time we visit next month, we should be almost finished internally. Can’t wait!
