Modular floor finished! Grouted in mapei 111 and being covered up with corex this morning as I post this.. now on to the bathroom the decorator painted all the walls.. !

In over Christmas to put down a DCM Pro heating mat as the electrician had tried perviously but failed to get it to stick due to several errors. The old mat is in the video outside the kitchen doors.

The decorator had painted the shower area prior to my arrival so I wasted more time sanding the walls back to bare plaster!!

I over Christmas, get a DCM Pro heating mat down, the electrician had unfortunately tried but failed to get the previous one to stick due to several errors . End of the video the old mat is outside having been taken up and chucked out

Family bathroom. 60x60cm floor tile and mat home 60x120cm wall tile. Matched the grout lines and grouted in 103 moon white. Electric UHF installed also
