Another update for you all as promised!!

Today was concrete cavity infill as per building regulations! haunched towards the outside skin of Block work in case any water should enter into the cavity it will sit towards the outside wall!

Block and beam install commenced with all beams installed, pockets cut into the existing house wall with bitumen painted inside the pockets to prevent damp and a high load DPC to the underside of the beams!! both ends!!

We pride ourselves carrying out all works with belt and braces!! even if we are going overboard some people may say! we have a conscience!! we like to do things right the first time with no come backs!!
