VELUX Window Replacement @ Wellington.

A recent job completed in Wellington, replacing two older VELUX roof windows that were ready for an update.

We installed new white low maintenance VELUX windows, giving the property a cleaner, more modern finish while improving the overall performance of the roof windows.

A straightforward upgrade that makes a big difference.

Things are starting to get busy again with a few exciting projects coming up over the next couple months 👀 which we’re really looking forward to !!

Re-bedding of ridge tiles and numerous tile repairs @ Feniton .

The majority of these ridge tiles had failed and were lifting . Clean and re-bed for them and 15 broken tiles changed also .

Labourer Wanted – Short-Term Work (Could Lead to Permanent Position)

We’re looking for a labourer for some short-term work, with the chance of it leading to a permanent position for the right person.

This is a great opportunity for someone young who’s looking to start a new job or career and get an insight into life in construction.

Must be:

* Reliable
* Have a can-do attitude and not be afraid to get stuck in
* Hard working
* Physically fit and strong
* Not afraid of heights

A CSCS card is preferred but not essential.

Some experience working in construction and a basic knowledge of tools and site safety would be an advantage, but all other training will be provided.

A driving licence isn’t essential, but you must be able to get to the meeting point each morning.

Apart from all the serious stuff, it’s a great job and a great industry to work in. We work all over the South West, have a good laugh along the way, and take pride in what we do.

Feniton - re felt and batten,new Velux and slate salvage .

One garage but both elevations different slate . All of the original slates were carefully removed and reinstated to preserve the character of the property. Reclaimed natural slate isn’t uniform—each slate has weathered differently over the years—so achieving a neat, watertight finish takes time and careful selection rather than simply fitting new, matching materials.

Over-clad badly installed Velux roof lights that have been leaking and are beyond any other repair due to the instal and condition of the roof .
