Anis was excellent. I sent a WhatsApp message on Bank Holiday Sunday evening and had an immediate response to arrange a visit. Anis was able to change all locks requested - even returning later the same day with the correct fitting for my unusual front door lock. Very pleasant, efficient and superb to deal with. Got a call from Anis at Lockfit Hounslow after 2 others turned down the job. My lock was broken and I couldn’t secure my front door. Anis was great at commuwhen he would arrive and once with us quickly diagnosed and solved the problem. All with clear, knowledgeable and great customer service. He charged the price he initially quoted and no more.. If you want your lock fixed call Anis, he’s a great locksmith.
