Hello everyone 👋🏻

Hope everyone is well and enjoying the lovely weather we are having ☀️

We would like to update you all on our working situation at present and a plan going forward....

RGS remains open for emergency works only till 30/6/20 but the office remains closed. You can still Contact us on 0208 755 4444 as our phone lines are diverted 

From 1/7/20 our office will open for office staff only (only 1 working at a time) and all engineers will return to work on the road

From 1/8/20 we hope business will be back to normal (normal as possible) Monday to Friday 8am-5pm

Saturdays will resume from September 2020

As always at this time this is a “plan of action” and is subject to change if the situation changes.

RGS will follow all government guidelines and if anything changes we will let you know as soon as possible.

As of 1/4/20 we will be open for emergency calls only from 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday. Please call our office line on 0208 755 4444 and we will try to help you.

Our engineers are working hard in this difficult time to complete their work, deliver an excellent service and take every precaution possible to protect customers and themselves.

Following on from our post yesterday please know we are all taking every precaution possible to be able to deliver you, (our customers) with the level of service and response you expect from us that we have always given here at RGS. As well as safe guarding all our staff, who have family and loved ones also.

Although our office staff are working from home you can still contact us as normal via phone and email. Monday- Friday 8am-5pm and Saturdays 8.30-12.30 on 0208 755 4444 and [email protected]

Our engineers are still out on the road, they all have gloves, access to hand Sanitiser and are regularly washing there hands.

Please also contact us, if you or anyone in your home has any of the symptoms detailed on the NHS website and we can reschedule your Appointment.

Been a busy morning here following the governments guidelines.

We would like to ensure all our customers that we are taking every precaution possible with the current situation of the Coronavirus 🦠

To limit travel as suggested our office staff and admin teams are all working from home. You can still contact us as normal via phone and email Monday- Friday 8am-5pm and Saturdays 8.30-12.30 on 0208 755 4444 and [email protected]

Our engineers out on the road have gloves and access to hand Sanitiser and are regularly washing there hands.

You can help us also by making sure if you have any symptoms or been in contact with anyone that has any symptoms, please call our office and inform us so we can reschedule your appointment.

The safety of our customers and staff is Paramount to us.
