The Customers boiler was over 20 years old and was uneconomical to repair.

We replaced it with this boiler with an 18-year warranty. Yes, that's right, an 18-year warranty and a lifetime on the main heat exchanger. Now, this is value for money if ever I've seen it.

First time assisting on a commercial job

New heating system installed at a school in shadwell. We used 4x .uk 120kw boilers separated by an external heat exchanger to protect the new boilers from the old radiators and cast iron/steel pipe work. We made our own low loss header using 200mm pipework and left plenty of free ports for future expantion to the heating/hot water system.

We also installed a 500 liter hot water cylinder.

This was not an easy job definitely had to put the hours in to get the heating back on in time for school.

Just a bit of tidy up and wiring the controls left to do then this school will have a more efficient, reliable and updated heating water system again.

Not all jobs go to plan. On this job we had an expanding foam gun literally explode in this family's beautiful kitchen and lounge.

Today we re-attended the property and put right everything the customer was not happy with. We replaced all doors that were damaged by the unfortunate mishap.

Customer service is our top priority we will always do right by our customers.

Warning to all trades people do not use foam or foam gun as they just explode with no warning. Unfortunately customer service was of no use.
