A customer called saying he had locked the keys in the car. A quick drive to his location. Door open and keys recovered. No damage to the vehicle, one happy customer:)

While everyone was celebrating this customer was wishing to watch the fireworks! In his rush to open the front door, and enjoy the fireworks but didn't grab his keys.

A plea for help on a FB group and we responded.

The customer was having problems with her UPVC door. Arranged a time to attend and diagnose.

Confirmed issue, required parts ordered. Handles arrived and back we went, fitted with a nice new high security Prolox cylinder.
