Nice to revisit this development of two properties and a triple garage we completed the roofs on some time ago.

Labour intensive in all weathers but very satisfying to look back on! All stone slate sourced and roof set up from scratch.

The quality of build on these properties was top level spec 👌🏼

Problematic commercial flat roof, toilet block at a long standing customers factory.

We stripped, re-boarded and rubbered. Metal flashings over the copings to completely encapsulate any potential problem areas.

This was flat roof after flat roof having been over-boarded previously twice.

Stripped back and started again.

200mm brackets, bars and wool before the sheets and lights.

-Old felt covering and stramit board stripped and disposed of.
-18mm OSB T+G Boards.
-White fascia.
-6” Black seamless gutter.
-EPDM Rubber covering with black trims.
-Lead substitute flashings.
-Metal flashings designed and fitted to adjoining sheeted roof.

-Original Rosemary tiled roof stripped.
-New high quality breathable felt, new graded battens.
-14500 x Humber flanders plain tiles on.
-7 x Velux Conservation windows.
-New code 5 lead valleys and flashings.
-CR2 clay capped ridge to finish off.
-3 x bays completed with Arris hips.
