Another kitchen renovation completed by Steven Fraser Joinery and PIH Joiners.

This project involved a full strip-out of the existing kitchen, including removal of the tiled floor, new windows, and plastering over an artex ceiling to achieve a clean, modern finish. We undertook full project management alongside all joinery works and other trades, fitting the new kitchen, compact laminate worktops, a boiler tap, new radiators, and finishing the space with click vinyl flooring.

After a period of planning, it was great to see the client delighted with their new contemporary kitchen. Delivering high-quality, well-managed renovations from start to finish is what we strive for on every project.

Another bathroom renovation completed by Steven Fraser Joinery together with PIH Joiners and the team.

This project was a full rip-out and rebuild, including the removal and reconstruction of partitions, acoustic insulation to the walls, underfloor heating, and a fully tiled floor. The walls were finished with the striking Willaton Rustic Green gloss tile, complemented by matte black and brushed brass bathroom fittings selected by the client.

We also installed a new oak door with a matching window cill, along with a dual-fuel brushed brass towel rail to complete the space.

Although many people associate joinery solely with woodwork, our skillset extends far beyond that. We regularly undertake full bathroom renovations, managing the build from first fix to final finish with attention to detail throughout.
