The team at NPL have been working on the conversion of a modern agricultural building to form two new dwellings in Aberdeenshire.

New policy from The Scottish Government highlights the importance of agricultural diversification and we have been successful in gaining one of the first prior agricultural approvals from the local authority for this type of development.

The project will now move forward towards on site construction.
