Skim

Render

Must have own transport

Rates negotiable with experience

Mostly domestic work so being clean and tidy is VERY important

Must be confident enough to be left on jobs

Paid every 2 weeks

Will be on a self employed basis with CIS deductions

Don’t need CSCS as mostly all domestic

Here is one of our bigger projects completed from last year a full front renovation has completely transformed the look of these two character properties

Existing render hacked back to brick and fully re rendered

All new lintels replaced on all windows and doors

Biocide roof clean to prevent re growth

All new exterior moulding replaced

All new soffits and fascia’s replaced

New front porch roof in slate

Fully painted

Chimney re build and re rendered with new chimney cowels and lead work
