Made a start on this site this morning, the Logset 10H has formidable crane power for handling big trees, lots of good quality 6.2m Spruce logs coming out! 🌲🚜

🌪️Storm Boelo Tree harvesting works🌪️

Its quickly becoming apparent that there is considerable damage to woodland accross our area of coverage.

All of Grampian
All of Highland
All of Angus
All of Perthshire

We no longer deal with small scale works such as garden trees etc.

Our full focus is on harvesting using large machinery, we own 3 full size timber harvesters, 2 Timber forwarders and 2 large forestry excavators equipped to move fallen timber up to the largest size trees in the UK.

We will be able to help in the coming weeks with harvesters to open up access roads and with public safety matters but its likely any other works will require felling licences even though your trees are blown over. It’s the law I’m afraid.

The good news is we can arrange all of that for you and we have all the equipment ready to tackle any job from half and acre to an entire estate.

We are currently working on 4 different estates tidying up storm damage from previous storms.

Obviously these machines cost a huge amount of money but often we can salvage enough timber to cover your clean up costs.

I’ve got one lorry load of stunning oversize Douglas fir logs for sale, these are diameters upto 1-1.2metres with most being over 600mm, they are 3 metre lengths and suitable for milling or carving or indeed amazing firewood once split and dried.
