WASP season is upon us again!
We’ve recently seen some nasty nests in eaves, sheds, walls, dormers etc.
We can usually respond to local wasp problems quickly - but please don’t confuse them with bees!
Wasps - bright yellow with sharp black stripes, long antennae, larger versions could be hornets.
Honey bee - much smaller more muted soft orange/yellow, usually with pollen sacks on legs.
Bumble Bees - fat, fluffy black and yellow and obviously not a wasp!

*Note - we do not destroy bees, we would refer you to a bee keeper if honey bees.
If bumble bees, unless they are really bothering you (which they would not go out of their way to do like Wasps, leave them alone, they’ll naturally decline by the winter).
