Roof lift project completed in a conservation area in Leicester, adding more space to this previously run down coach house

• Stripped previous roof down to brickwork
• Whole left side of the building knocked down and rebuilt to strengthen and remove the bow out of the brickwork
• 50cm added onto the height all the way around
• New prebuilt trusses installed
• All new decorative timber fascias designed, painted and installed by us to match into other properties in the area
• Council specified Grad A Spanish slate installed with 7 solar powered Velux windows
• Dry ridge installed for added air flow
