So we’ve been quiet on here lately and for good reason.
We started a project exactly 8 weeks ago today and this is where we are.
The team at ABC Ltd have been relentless on this. From slab base to being ready for plastering & Roughcast…. Not just one but 2 4bed 2 story houses.
The team constructed both kits on site and erected them through every type of weather(wind rain snow 20* heat and that was just a Tuesday)
Everything you see in these pictures was done by our team.
The importance of having the right people around you with the right work ethic the knowledge and them having my back as much as I have theirs is why we are at this stage in the project. Best thing is everyone of us are mates so to be doing this with them has a sentimental value too I’m proud of our team tonight .
The smooth running of this project has been aided by the strong client builder relationship that we are lucky to have.

The glow up before Christmas…. Client asked us to make this space more liveable more open and low maintenance so this is what we done….. wall down rewired re plumbed new lighting new oak doors fully painted real wood oak flooring media wall and new fitted kitchen with all built in appliances.

New windows installed in Mauchline customer want to change the old draughty windows with news grade A upvc windows in black on the outside and white in the inside…these windows have not only brought a fresh modern look but also helped with the insulation to these rooms. Watch for our 2nd part of this project

Job recently completed for a client in a tight time frame.this was planned out by ourselves and built all within 4wks to get the clients into their new offices before the opened every supplied and fitted by ABC Ltd team and time to spare to get the cleaners to polish it off

Hope everyone has kept safe and well today and I know we like to have a laugh about the weather but today’s storm is as serious as it comes. As we can all see the severity and destruction that’s happening to properties and businesses all over we made the decision to stay off today no matter what was happening unless it was life threatening and fortunately nothing like that has been asked.
