My lock wouldn’t turn and I was locked in my home. Stewart responded to my call within an hour and got to work in getting my door open and changing the lock. He was very professional and got the door open in quick time and changed the lock and handed me new keys all in a short space of time . Stewart even hoovered up any dust from his work and the cost was reasonable given it was a Saturday morning. I would highly recommend Stewart for any lock issues.

🔑 Non-destructive key extraction – not every lock needs to be replaced! In many cases, the existing lock can be safely recovered.

🏠 Security upgrades for two new homeowners – upgraded their locks to 1-Star and 3-Star security-rated locks for added peace of mind.

🔐 Non-destructive entry – gained entry to a property after the customer had unfortunately lost their keys, without unnecessary damage.

🛠️ Mortice lock replacement – replaced a faulty mortice lock on a shed door that the customer was having trouble securing.

Stuart arrived within an hour and a half of my initial phone call. The door was completely locked / jammed in the closed position. After an initial inspection he set about trying to get the door opened to allow the repair. This turned out to be a challenging task, but with all the proper equipment and competence, he successfully achieved this. Next came the repair and replacement of the broken internal parts of the door, which he had stocked in his van. Once the repair was completed, he fitted a new lock and the door is back as good as new.
A very professional job done on a challenging repair, and in very hot weather.
I would highly recommend for any Locksmith work.

Fantastic prompt service .from Stuart today . I had found an old safe in parents’ loft but no key - quickly sorted and he was able to enter it and confirm safe empty ..sadly (!) , he also took away old safe for disposal. Highly recommend him.
