We are looking for skilled and experienced groundworkers, to join our growing business. Due to current workload with new clients and repeat business with existing clients. LJ Whaley groundwork is looking to recruit to join our ever-expanding team.

Main areas of works across Humberside & Yorkshire.

The role will include the following:

Concrete works – foundations, slabs, retaining walls.
Drainage
Kerbing
Ducting
All other site duties as required.

Undertake all work to a high standard and in line with regulations.

To be considered for this role, the ideal candidate will have:

An in date CSCS card.
Relevant PPE.
Hold a Full (Clean) UK Driving License.
The hours of work are 7:30am – 5pm – some later finishes may be required on occasion.

These are on-going roles for the right candidate/s.

Gangs considered.

Excellent pay rates based on experience.

My amazing girlfriend is leading her team to walk 83 miles over 4 days from Carlisle to Newcastle - Hadrian’s wall. And as much she loves all kind of crazy and challenging adventures she is doing it for St Leonard’s hospice. Smashing it at Lincoln Hospital - The lads have done a great job on the final stone trim ready for tarmac. New concrete slab for a decontamination unit. Even the temp footpath is looking like a keeper 😁😁

Great work from the lads on site - works ranging from shuttering, cutting and laying mesh, concrete pour with a smooth finish and blockwork along with some paving and gravel margin
