We specialise in the installation and er****on of modular buildings across a variety of sectors throughout the UK. Due to continued growth and increasing project demand, we are seeking motivated and reliable individuals with experience in the modular construction industry.

The Role
🔴Installation and er****on of modular buildings
🔴Nationwide work on a range of exciting projects

Essential Requirements
🔴Valid CSCS Card
🔴Experience in erecting or installing modular buildings
🔴Ability to work nationwide and stay away when required

🔴Clean driving licence
🔴IPAF certification
🔴PASMA certification
🔴First Aid

This week, our Instamod Site Services team has been installing a single-storey modular building for Integra Buildings Limited — but not in the conventional way

With overhead power cables on site, using a crane wasn’t an option. Instead, the team adapted and have been carrying out the install using fork trucks, ensuring the project stayed safe, efficient, and on schedule.

🚧 Progress Update – 19 Bay Modular Installation for Premier Modular

We are now into week 3 of the installation of this 19-bay, three-storey modular building for Premier Modular, and the project is really starting to take shape.

Our team has been working hard on site to ensure every module is positioned and secured with precision. With the structure rising quickly and the parapets now installed, you can clearly see the scale of the building coming together.

Projects like this show the real strength of modular construction. With the right planning and an experienced team on site, large buildings can be installed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
