Our final major rendering project of the year was the transformation of the Albert Hotel on Anlaby Road 🏨, and the results speak for themselves. For this job, we used silicone render, a high-performance finish that offers:

After the scaffold came down, we returned to add those finishing touches – and wow 🤩 what a difference! This property now looks absolutely stunning.

Upon inspection, we found that the current system was a combination of traditional sand and cement render, topped with a dated pebble dash finish.🏡🏡

This was an external wall insulation job as the customer was complaining about how cold the house gets in winter, safe to say after boarding the house with 90mm EPS and a silicone system over the top, the property will now hold the heat and has also transformed the look of the property🏡♨️
