The SECRET is out!! 🥳
When the invite arrived asking me to be one of 4 artists across Europe to take part in the first Alchemy Collective, I jumped at the chance - I absolutely LOVE this amazing paint from the Fusion range!

The brief was simple:
🎨 One Palette
💫 One Theme
👩‍🎨 Four Artists
💡 Four Visions

The theme? SUMMER GLOW!!! 😍 It’s then up to each artist to interpret the theme in their own way, using only 3 colours 👇🏻

💜 Thistle
💛 Harvest

I had SO much fun with this project and I can’t wait to see what the other artists created (and of course to reveal mine!) 👀

💞A little business update…

After a year at The Stockroom, I’ve now closed that chapter and brought all of my furniture stock and paint home.

It feels strange, exciting and slightly terrifying all at once! 😅

But I’m choosing to see it as the start of a new chapter for Upcycled & Reloved by Jodi — and, honestly, I don’t quite know what that chapter looks like yet.

What I do know is that I’m not going anywhere!💞

You can still shop Fusion Mineral Paint and my other products online, and I’ll also be offering local collection/purchase by appointment from home (Epsom) while I work out my next move.
My commissions diary is unaffected and I’ll still be transforming clients furniture into statement pieces 🤩

And there are definitely some ideas brewing… 👀

I’m taking a little time to regroup, rethink and figure out exactly where I want to take the business next.

Something new is coming. I just don’t know exactly what it is yet! (Whoever said owning your own business would be easy?! 🤷🏼‍♀️)

🔎 I’m looking for a small, affordable workshop space to hire for my furniture painting, upcycling workshops, private tuition and creative sessions. 👀

It doesn’t need to be fancy — just somewhere practical, welcoming and with a bit of creative potential! ✨

Ideally I’m looking for:

🪑 Space for small groups & 1-1 tuition
💡 Good lighting
⚡ Electricity
💧 Water would be a bonus (but isn’t essential)
🚗 Easy parking / access
📍 Ideally Epsom / Ewell / Ashtead / Leatherhead / surrounding areas
💷 And… the more affordable, the better! 😅

I’m open to shared spaces, studio/workshop spaces, unused rooms, community spaces, commercial spaces or somewhere a little outside the box.

I’d ideally like somewhere I can use regularly for future dates, rather than just a one-off hire.

So if you have a space, know someone who does, or have a “hmm… I wonder if that could work?” thought…

A statement piece designed for entertaining, this beautifully refinished demi-lune drinks cabinet blends timeless elegance with a touch of Art Deco glamour.

🖤 Finished in Fusion Mineral Paint’s Ash, the deep charcoal-black contrasts beautifully against the rich wood grain, which has been enhanced using Fusion Stain & Finishing Oil in Walnut to bring warmth and depth to the timber.
