A project we’re incredibly proud to have been part of.

Set within one of Harrogate’s conservation areas, working alongside Ruth Donnelly Bourke Building Refurbishments H.Y.M Joinery&Contracting Ltd and Knaresborough Kitchens this stunning home is now entering the final stages of completion.

Our brief was to seamlessly integrate modern technology without compromising the architecture or interior design. Every system has been carefully planned and installed to work together, creating a home that’s intuitive, efficient and ready for the future.
Our scope included:

💡 Lutron Lighting Control

The result is a home where lighting, entertainment, security, climate and energy all work together seamlessly at the touch of a button.

One of our favourite projects is now nearing completion at Nether Timble.

The interior design stays true to the farmhouse feel, with carefully selected natural materials including linen, wicker and antique bronze and brass finishes, creating a warm, timeless space that feels both traditional and contemporary.

We’ve been proud to deliver the full M&E design and installation, on behalf of Dobson Construction, ensuring it complements, rather than competes with, the character of the property.

We can’t wait to share the finished result over the coming weeks.
