Another full re-roof completed by Team DPR 🏠

This semi-detached property received a complete strip and re-roof to the main upper roof and front porch, along with a full replacement of the roofline using new uPVC fascias, soffits and guttering. We also renewed the bay window cladding to give the entire property a clean, modern finish.

The project was completed fully compliant and signed off, exactly as it should be.

Due to continued growth and expansion of our team, DPR Ltd is looking for an experienced roofer to join us on a full-time basis, the role will predominantly involve contracted domestic roofing repair and maintenance work.

What we're looking for:

✅ Experienced in pitched roof repairs
✅ Confident with both tiling and slating
✅ Competent in leadwork
✅ Roofline installations – fascias, soffits, gutters and dry verge systems
✅ Flat roofing experience
✅ NVQ qualification preferred, although we are happy to put the right person through this
✅ Full, clean UK driving licence – essential

Nice revamp of a large garage roof, including the full encapsulation of the coping stones to eliminate ongoing water ingress through the joints.
The client opted for a black GRP finish to help the roof blend sympathetically with the existing building. The entire roof surface was thoroughly jet washed and prepared before the application of our DPR POLYMAX Liquid Roofing System, creating a seamless, fully bonded waterproof membrane across the roof.

Nice neat work completed by Team DPR 👌
This project involved a full new clay capped ridge bedded to mortar, various slate repairs, and full GRP encapsulation of the coping stones to the rear extension parapet wall. The client had simply become fed up of ongoing mortar joint repairs and wanted a long term, low maintenance solution that also looked smart and tidy.
A pleasure to work on such a stunning property with beautiful surroundings throughout the project 🏡
