The new big van doubles up as a workshop so I can still tinker on days like today, and it's a great feeling. Before this, I would be sitting at home getting so frustrated that I couldn't get on with anything. And anyone who runs a small business knows that no work = no pay.

This is a bespoke, cedar, coffee table to sit within a cedar bench I built last summer.
The frame tops and outers have been blackened using the Japanese technique of yaki sugi, which is burning. The inner sides have been given a lighter burn to show the grain.

Still a few little bits to finish, then the cedar will have a uv stabilising oil treatment and it'll be ready for its new home.

This is one we are currently back on sorting the front area. This is an area of the back garden we completed last spring.
The planting is looking beautiful and the millboard deck looks as good as the day we installed it.

The bridge is finished with wood burning called yaki sugi.
The dry river leading from the waterfall feature.
Slatted fence with Japanese window and detail on the top.
Still a bit of planting to do.
