Extension completed this week in kirkstall. Roof was insulated to building regs, 3x solar velux windows installed and as well as all plastic roofline.

Before and after of a re roof completed this week in cross gates. Customer wanted rid of the old plain clay tiles and updating the roof with new fascia, gutters and flat roof along with the new concrete flat sandtoft tiles.

Before and after of a re roof completed in Hyde park for a student landlord. Re using as many of the 14x10 Welsh slates as possible. Renewed back to life with a new flat roof system also and new dormer cheek cladding and gutter system.

Flat roof completed over the last 2 days in cookridge. Customer had chipping on top of a very old roof and wanted it renewing in edpm rubber. All new osb tongue and groove boards installed and a new roof that looks modern.

All waste removed by the lads at thanks for a quick and effortless service!

Before and after of a roof renewal completed today. Quick 3 day turnaround with this and the lower roof, scaffold down same time also leaving the customer with little disruption.

We installed new dry verge and dry ridge systems and added new eave support trays with over fascia vents.

Re roof completed in gildersome back in January (forgot to post) roof was made of stone slate and concrete tiles on the hip roof. As you can see the roof was way past its best!

Applied new fascia and gutters and added new spars to the feet as the roof had no pitch lower down and installed new flat concrete tiles and installed a dry ridge system.

Pitch roof removed due to very shallow angle causing leaks into the customers property. Flat tiles should not be installed unless it had a pitch of 17 degrees or more, as you can see in the picture it is almost flat especially at the eaves where the property was failing.

We replaced using torch on felt and installed lead free due to it being a low level area and people ripping lead out on neighbouring properties.

We kept the existing lead in on the higher roof above as it was cemented in on the above roof.

Quick repair completed this morning. Very tired verge with lots of failing cement. Re strengthened the gable battens and then installed new black dry verge system
