Late night push on this one to get it turned around in a couple of days for the customer. We stripped the old pantiles and replaced them for a modern double roman tile to join in with next door.
We installed new fascia, gutters and downpipes to modernise the property and give it a clean new finish.
The chimney was asked to be removed as out of use and causing issues.
Roof then finished off in a dry verge and dry ridge system.
