We carried out a full chimney drop and restoration on this property 🔨🏠 The old and failing sand & cement was carefully ground out, allowing us to properly reset and repoint sections of the chimney for long-term strength and stability. Fresh leadwork was installed to the base of the stack to ensure a fully watertight finish and protect against future leaks 💧🔧

Safe access was achieved using scaffolding throughout the works 👷‍♂️🏗️ Every stage was completed with care and precision, followed by a full site clean-up and complete removal of all waste materials, leaving everything neat and secure 🧹🚛
