This customer wanted an upgrade to his ugly patchy roughcast. We had the cost effective solution! High polymer basecoat designed to go over painted surfaces and finished in Jub silicone finish.

1- clean perfect straight line
2- allows for expansion from upvc
3- no need to silicone when rendered

👻Customer ghosting 👻
Potential customer contacts me to quote,we arrange a time to view. I spend time and fuel to the job I spend another hour looking at the job. I explain give me a few days to work it out. It takes me another 2 hours to work it all out, I send the quote and the customer ghosts me !!! I hear absolutely nothing not even a thankyou for your time!! Thing is I can see exactly when the quote is opened!! I send a follow up and I get ghosted again! Thing is you can talk to me to discuss budget and I can see other options . But sometimes it’s not that I think I’m expensive it’s just you cant afford it. Plenty of cheap and nasty render applicators out there but do you really wanna chance it on your house! Just would be nice not to be completely ghosted !
