We’re pleased to announce the promotion of Jay Silva and Manuel Colombo at SGP.

Both have made a significant impact across the practice, demonstrating strong leadership, technical expertise and a commitment to delivering high-quality projects.

Jay, Deputy Sector Head for Industrial, has played a key role in managing projects from feasibility and planning through to construction, while contributing to front-end and masterplanning activity. Manuel’s promotion reflects his ability to take ownership of projects, build strong client and design team relationships, and support the successful delivery of key residential schemes, alongside mentoring colleagues.
