Semi detached re-roofed this week in Melton for some cracking customers😀 tea on tap breakfast cobs and pizzas for dinner making life easy . Finished in santoft antique brown tiles with dry system for the verges and ridges. The chimney was removed to minimise future maintenance.

Lots of various work going on in Ragdale. New oak porch roofed. All verges renewed with new felt. Eaves completed with new felt,batten,vents and felt support trays. New ridges with the dry system. New chimney flashings and repairs and a vaulted ceiling extension with two new veluxes. smallbusiness

New roof in Oakham finished today with all maintenance free system as per the customer requirements.
This took 4 days in total so minimal disturbance was caused and in doing so picked another up on the same street and now quoted the neighbours

Various works been done in the last few weeks including 3 code 6 lead gulleys with expansion joints, kytun dry verge systems installed and a large EPDM rubber roof with a roof lantern and a small extension for a local builder

Few local jobs completed this week. New bay window roof and a timber repair on an old gable.
Abutment gutter installed and new lead flashings to stop a bad leak against a wall on cambrians artificial slate .
Low pitched slate roof stripped and replaced with 20/20 roof tiles to allow for a 16.5 degree pitch. A leak found and broken tile replaced also installing some vent tiles to help the eaves with extra ventilation

New roof completed today on this property reusing the old tiles strip and re felt and batten using permeable felt for high breathability, felt support trays, roll out rafter trays,dry ridge system fitted and leadwork completed using code 5 lead.and a insulation top up.

Battling this job in bad weather but got some minor repairs done on these flats, universal cowls on the chimneys, new back gutters on the chimneys and a spruce up on the flashings. Job Done
