Lichfield Total Transformation

From "Quick Refresh" to “Full refurb" Dream Kitchen

What started as a simple inquiry via our website for a quartz overlay quickly evolved into a breathtaking, full-scale architectural renovation.

After consulting with this fantastic Lichfield couple, it became clear that their vision required more than a facelift—it required a brand-new footprint.

The Scope of Work

To make the "dream work," we stripped the space back to its bones and handled every aspect of the build:
• Structural Reconfiguration: We removed internal walls to create an expansive, open-plan layout capable of housing a centerpiece kitchen island.
• Infrastructure Overhaul:
• Electrical: Full re-wire, including upgrades to the home's broader electrical system.
• Plumbing: Comprehensive re-plumb with necessary amendments outside the immediate kitchen area.
• Surfaces: Professional plastering with new ceiling boards throughout and precision floor leveling.
• Custom Cabinetry: Every unit was designed, manufactured, and expertly installed to fit the new dimensions of the space perfectly.
