A busy few days renovating pitches for Bromsgrove Rugby Club fertilizer for Brereton Social Sports and Social Club topdressing for Burntwood Rugby Club took a peak at the pitch at Burntwood I overseeded a few weeks ago which has really germinated well.

Back at Brereton Social Sports and Social Club to scarify and overseed. Well done to the Groundsmen collecting up after the scarifier leaving me just a bit to collect up before seeding. Must admit it looks a treat now some rain now would be perfect.

A couple of days sorting potholes on carparks tracks and driveways. The power rake levels existing material rather than having to use new material to fill the potholes saving a fortune and doing a better job. I'm maintaining quite a few unsurfaced tracks carparks driveways so if your suspension is suffering add yours to the list. Chris Norton 07890333227 working in the Staffordshire area.

Out and about early this morning for a selective herbicide application and a pass with the vertidrain. Back in a few weeks to overseed .

My daughter took part in her first Staffs county rugby trial on this pitch at Burntwood rufc a few years ago. Thanks to Shawn Woodcock for having me back to get involved with some pitch renovations.
I've vertidrained, fertilized and overseeded over the last couple of days. Fingers crossed the forecast is right and we get a bit of rain over the next day or so.

The job today was to grade this bund into a mowable bank. I've graded the top with the digger and moved it with a dumper to fill a low area. There was lots of rubble mixed in but the power rake has done a fantastic job of cleaning the surface ready for seeding. The customer can now get the mower up and down to keep it tidy. Praying for rain now
