Another happy customer and another electrical installation completed to a high standard.

At this property, we carried out a full EICR (Electrical Installation Condition Report) on two consumer units to identify any existing faults before installing a brand-new 18th Edition surge-protected RCBO consumer unit, ensuring the property’s electrical installation is safe, compliant, and ready for years of reliable service.

As part of the work, we also:
✔️ Installed a new dedicated cooker circuit, as the existing cooker switch was positioned directly above the cooker and hob, improving both safety and compliance.
✔️ Fitted a stylish black outdoor weatherproof socket at the front of the property, giving the customer safe and convenient access to outdoor power.

We recently installed some stylish LED ceiling fan lights to help keep the rooms cooler this summer while reducing energy costs. 🌬️💡

As part of the job, we also removed the old pendant light fittings and replaced them with modern fan lights. One fitting was relocated to the centre of the room, perfectly positioned above the bed for a cleaner, more balanced finish.
