Now that we have started to get wetter weather, we had the opportunity to plant up the planters we built earlier in the summer. They certainly brighten up the school entrances. Wharton Primary School Little Hulton and Alder Brook PPC. Great work team WGM 💚🌺🌸🌷

Hedge pruning today with the help of the tractor flail. Getting all the large hedges neat and tidy in readiness for the new school term. Thanks to the WGM team and Ross Enstone at Ray Britland Contracting. Fantastic work! 💚🚜

We have a new school contract which has been a bit of mission getting the grounds looking neat again. None of the paths had been treated with herbicide this year (if not longer), fence lines and tree bases not strimmed and there were a lot of areas that just hadn’t been mowed by the previous grounds maintenance company. So we called in this afternoon and after 4 hours of hard graft, we have it all looking much better, ready for the new school term. Here are a few of the before and after pics. This has been a grueller today. 16 post holes dug for a 7.5m circular shelter which will be used as a forest school area at a school in Salford. Every hole was pretty much rock 🥵🫪. More photos to follow upon completion. Well done team WGM.

One of our jobs today: installation of some artificial turf around an outdoor classroom at Mesne Lea Primary School. Looks so much neater now. Great work team WGM 💚

Well, this has been a busy and hot day! We visited Lower Kersal Primary School today to rip out the old rotten planters in the quad garden and replace with new ones. They still need filling with soil and there’s some levelling to do, but overall, the team worked really hard today. Well

Busy day again today. Ellenbrook Primary School wanted a sandstone path installing to add to their mile a day track. Area was cut back from any overgrown vegetation, trees removed, then excavated with the help of The Digger Lady Ltd and then compacted MOT and self binding gravel installed. Great job team.

One of our schools in Swinton asked if we could kindly donate a wooden cross for the outside of the building. So we built one and installed today, looks good. Just needs the brackets painting. Nice job team. 💚
